He moves slow on purpose: thinking, watching, adjusting. Outside the studio, you'll find him recharging the same way he works — with quiet, a book, and the kind of music that lets him hear himself think.

Holds the studio together day-to-day — making sure projects move, timelines hold, and the team has what they need to do their best work. Designs the quiet systems behind every launch, and steps in early whenever something might pull the team off-balance.
